The rules of the pregnant woman
There are experiences and sensations through which almost every woman passes during pregnancy, no matter at what stage it is. But the last month is the biggest test – back pain, insomnia, and an feeling that this “thing” will never end. Surely there is great joy too, because the baby will arrive very soon, but most mothers have no patience and just want to finish it all. Here is what the future mothers must know, and all the people around them:
“Get out of my way!”
If you see a woman in an advanced pregnancy that is slowly approaching you … simply pull away without comment. And for God – do not ask if they want a place on the subway, but just stand up from it and help her sit down. For most pregnant women this month is painful for the whole body almost 24 hours a day. So, be understanding before to ask!
“We know we look huge, we do not need confirmation!”
You may not be aware, but pregnant women are constantly growing within nine months. Have you ever thought that a new person is developing inside of them, pressing their organs and looking for a place next to them! Instead of touching them on the huge stomach and asking them if they wait twins, you can make a nice compliment … even if you do not think so! Keep in mind that they have made an enormous effort to meet with you!
“Never touch them without asking”
Many people have the habit to touching the belly of their acquaintances and friends. This can be very uncomfortable and unpleasant for the future mother. Her body may be very sensitive at the moment, she does not feel comfortable or just has no desire to touch her.
“We hate all birth tips!”
Believe me, you are not the man holding the magical rod for a painless and pleasant birth. Future mothers certainly have read everything they can. They have discussed birth with their closest friends and are theoretically prepared. Any new, unsolicited information would rather annoy them.
“We are not sick! We are pregnant! “
Many people treat pregnant women as if they can broken. Yes, their bodies get heavy, it hurts them, but that does not mean they can not deal with elemental things themselves. Try not to be annoying!
The pregnant woman is extremely physically and mentally burdened, so treat her carefully. Make sure that you ask the right questions and do not bother her.
